Concierge health care plans are available for purchase. If you only need healthcare services for yourself or another individual, this low-cost option is for you.
What Is Concierge Healthcare?
Imagine having healthcare available to you wherever you are in exchange for an upfront fee, usually paid monthly. Concierge professionals are also called direct primary care (DPC) or personalized medical service providers.
Concierge doctors can do everything a primary care physician can, including administer lab tests and conduct annual physical exams. They also typically provide diagnostic screenings and minor urgent care services like stitches or treatment for minor skin conditions.
Benefits of Concierge Healthcare
If you can afford to pay the monthly fee, there are a few benefits to concierge medicine you may not be able to find with a primary care physician in your insurance network.
– Unlimited Primary Care Services – Physicals and preventive screenings, are already covered by the fee you pay for concierge service. For those with conditions like heart disease that require frequent visits, concierge healthcare could be more cost-effective in the long run
– Shorter Wait Time – Because concierge doctors can cap the number of patients they take on, they’re often better able to control their availability. Meaning more time for their core patient group.
– A More Personal Relationship With Your Primary Care Doctor – Your doctor also gains a better understanding of your medical history, which could make it easier for them to detect issues.

$65 Monthly – $190 Quarterly – $770 Yearly
- Enhanced appointment availability – offering an appointment for an acute medical matter within one business day. Same-day appointments may be available depending on the office schedule. Includes up to 5 basic lab tests for non-insurance members.
- Extended patient appointments. – Each appointment will last at least 40 minutes or longer to facilitate a thorough assessment, care coordination, counseling, and education.
- Communication enhancements – “You” will be able to communicate with Dr. Brown via email, text, personal cell, or EHR portal regarding test results or any other non-urgent medical issues.
- Telephone consultations – “You” will be allowed one telephone consultation or two telemedicine appointments per month to discuss minor medical issues, such as cold, bronchitis, sinusitis, back pain, diarrhea, or suspected urinary tract infection without requiring an office visit.
- Enhanced preventive examination – “You” will receive a comprehensive preventive examination lasting 60 minutes, which exceeds the United States Preventive Services Task Force requirements.
- Expedited prescription refills and prior authorizations – Prior authorizations for diagnostic tests and medications will be processed in an expedited fashion within 2 business days. Prescription refills will be called into the pharmacy within one business day.
- Office visit copay waived – Unless prohibited by your health insurance plan, we will waive copay collection for office visits. Or the service appointment is for a procedure or other type of visits that require additional fees.
The Gold couples plan includes everything in the individual Gold plan, but at a discounted price for a couple.
This plan would apply to (2) individuals.

- Personal health coaching (Platinum Membership) – fully discuss complicated health problems (e.g., diabetes, heart failure, obesity) from a holistic perspective.
- Administrative assistance (Platinum Membership) – Fees for medical certificates and form completion will be waived.
- Discounts (Platinum membership) – “You” will receive a 10 to 20% discount on all additional services offered by the “Practice.
- Other Benefits (Platinum membership) – “You” will be eligible for 1-2 home visits as needed. Your fee covers (1) additional out of town family member who may need a visit for an acute need. Additional members at that time will be an additional $20 during that particular episodic event.
The Platinum Couples plan includes everything in the Gold Plan PLUS these highlighted features. These plan features would apply to (2) individuals. Get the most from your Healthcare plans by choosing our Platinum Couples Concierge Healthcare plan.

What is The Process Like?
If you are interested in any of our Concierge Healthcare plans, its important to know the process and what you can expect.
1. Select a Plan
Our plans range from a basic Gold – Individual plan to a more advanced Platinum – Couples plan. You can find more information about each of our plans in the table above. Otherwise, you can also contact us with any questions.
2. Decide your membership type
Once you’ve decided which membership fits your situation the best, decide if you’d like to add a second or third person onto it. Once you’ve decided which membership type you’d like, its time to move onto step 3
3. Sign the Concierge Healthcare Agreement
You can sign the Concierge Healthcare Agreement either digitally HERE, or contact us and we can walk you through the process and send you one.
4. Make Your First Payment
Once you’ve selected a plan, and signed the agreement, the last step in the signup process is processing your payment. Once your payment has been processed, its time to connect with your healthcare professional.
5. Connect with a Local Healthcare Professional
Your healthcare professional will reach out to you and setup a meeting time that works best for you for your first discovery and introductory meeting. Welcome to the world of new age healthcare.
