For recurring consumer memberships, all required enrollment steps must be completed before membership benefits begin or the initial membership appointment can be scheduled.

Membership FAQ
Is membership health insurance?
No. Membership provides concierge access and enhanced membership benefits. Medical services covered or billed through insurance are handled separately.
Do I still need health insurance?
Membership does not replace health insurance. Services outside the membership may still be billed to insurance or remain the patient's responsibility.
When does membership begin?
Membership begins after the applicable agreement, first payment, one-month deposit, and recurring payment authorization are complete.
Is automatic payment required?
Yes. Automatic recurring payment authorization is required for participation in recurring consumer membership programs.
Can I schedule before enrollment is complete?
The initial membership appointment may be scheduled after all required enrollment steps have been completed.
What if I need emergency medical care?
Membership is not a substitute for emergency medical services. For a life-threatening condition, call 911 immediately.
